Job Duties

- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
- Introduce servers to guests when seating
- Thank guests genuinely as they leave and invite them to return
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and welcoming environment
