Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and outgoing personality
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing guests
Demonstrate hospitality by escorting guests to their tables and engaging them along the way
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
Be a team player and work well with others
