Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a host in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub
  • Strong hospitality skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Physically able to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and bend for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and guide guests to their designated tables as directed by the maîitre d’
  • Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host stand
  • Ensure all Department of Health and company sanitation standards are met
  • Assist with answering guest inquiries, coat check (if applicable), and general guest needs
  • Prepare and organize menus for service
  • Assist with side work, opening/closing procedures, and team support as needed
  • Attend pre-shift meetings and actively engage in ongoing training
