Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
- maintain and manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- regularly sanitize and clean guest touchpoints to ensure health and safety standards
- accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
- thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- uphold the highest safety and sanitation practices within the restaurant
