Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
  • maintain and manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
  • regularly sanitize and clean guest touchpoints to ensure health and safety standards
  • accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
  • thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • uphold the highest safety and sanitation practices within the restaurant
