Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making a positive impact
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands using disinfecting soap
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
- Basic physical fitness to perform required tasks
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with guests and dining room staff
- Follow health and safety guidelines including wearing protective coverings and handling cleaning supplies
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shift
