Job Requirements

must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
experience in customer service is advantageous
ability to work flexible hours
friendly and approachable demeanor
capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
attend to guests by providing special experiences
escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
