Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to provide friendly and engaging customer service
- Capacity to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide a great first impression by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to tables and manage seating arrangements
- Take reservations and maintain a wait list when necessary
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in managing guest flow during busy periods
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station area
- Support overall customer service excellence by responding to guest inquiries and needs
