Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is helpful
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to assigned tables promptly and efficiently
- Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service and answer guest inquiries
- Coordinate seating to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area
- Support the front-of-house team by communicating guest needs and any special requests
