Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is helpful
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Escort guests to assigned tables promptly and efficiently
  • Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist during busy periods
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer guest inquiries
  • Coordinate seating to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area
  • Support the front-of-house team by communicating guest needs and any special requests
