- minimum age 18
- ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days
- ability to obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification within 60 days
- prior customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- effective communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher

Job Duties
- Welcome patrons into the restaurant and seat them
- provide menus or inform about QR code menu access
- complete cleaning and sanitation as required
- maintain clean and stocked restrooms
- answer customer questions on food, beers, retail items and brewing process
- look for ways to improve guest experience and alert manager of problems
- be dressed properly and ready to clock in on time
- maintain a positive and proactive attitude with guests and coworkers
- work as a team with staff to ensure smooth operation
- perform other related duties as assigned
