Firestone Walker Brewing Company, established in 1996 by brothers-in-law Adam Firestone and David Walker, is a renowned craft brewery headquartered in Paso Robles, California.
The brewery's journey began on the Firestone family vineyard in Los Olivos, where they sought to create the perfect beer. Their inaugural brew, Double Barrel Ale, was crafted using a unique variation of the Burton Union fermentation system, setting the foundation for their innovative approach to brewing.

Product Line
