Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Manage seating arrangements and guide guests to their tables
- Present clean menus and assist guests with menu suggestions
- Ensure regular sanitizing and disinfecting of guest and team member touch points
- Thank guests sincerely upon their departure and invite them back
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the host area
- Communicate effectively with the front of house team to coordinate guest flow
