Job Requirements
- Must have some weekend availability
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test
- Must have received last season's flu shot or be willing to receive next season's flu shot when applicable
Job Qualifications
- Clean, professional appearance with professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to consistently delight and satisfy guests
- Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
- Ability to multitask and handle 5 to 6 table station
- Ability to utilize tablet to take orders, serve beverages, soups, salads, entrees and desserts while keeping tables bussed and clean
- Ability to reset tables and perform side work before closing
- Infectious smile, empathy and compassion towards senior residents
- Previous restaurant experience desired
Job Duties
- Greeting guests and seating them at an appropriate table
- Taking reservations and ascertaining any special needs a guest may have
- Setting up dining area
- Prepping desserts
- Prepping salads
- Portioning salad dressings
- Setting up soup and beverage stations
- Assisting in bagging up to-go meal service
- Sorting menus
- Any other tasks as necessary
