Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile
- Engage guests in courteous conversation when seating them
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Set accurate guest expectations regarding wait times
- Introduce guests to their assigned server promptly
- Ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
