Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service, ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages
- Serve as a knowledgeable menu expert, offering recommendations and guiding guests through food, drink, and promotional specials
- Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system, communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including tables, service stations, and surrounding environments
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure correct change is provided
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
- Actively promote a high-energy, positive, and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
