Job Requirements

  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in sales or account management preferably in hospitality or audio-visual sectors
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • proficiency with sales reporting and customer relationship management tools
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • willingness to travel to various client locations as needed
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in sales and account management within the hospitality or audio-visual industry
  • strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • familiarity with revenue management concepts and practices
  • customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • adept at building and maintaining professional relationships

Job Duties

  • develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share objectives
  • motivate and coach sales team members to maximize their performance and productivity
  • conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • understand customer needs and provide tailored audio-visual solutions
  • negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • actively participate in revenue management calls
  • assist with servicing events
  • attend weekly sales meetings
  • complete weekly and monthly sales call reports and submit to the account manager and corporate operation and sales team
  • exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintain open communication
  • display a neat, clean, and business-like appearance at all times and represent themselves with integrity and professionalism
