Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel revenue management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and collaborative team player

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel revenue management experience with extended stay experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, reservations systems, and reporting tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset

Job Duties

  • Support yield management efforts by analyzing and reporting on hotel performance, ensuring all segments and distribution channels are optimized
  • Maximize revenue potential through proactive management and accurate system updates
  • Assist the Director of Revenue with short- and long-term forecasting
  • Compile, validate, and analyze data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including STR, market segment analysis, pace, pickup, and channel performance
  • Prepare and lead Weekly Revenue Meetings with General Managers and Directors of Operations, presenting insights on pricing, demand, and promotional opportunities
  • Develop models, presentations, and reports to support decision-making at property, regional, and ownership levels
