Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • proficiency in hotel management software
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • manage reservations and maintain accurate records
  • process payments and maintain financial accuracy
  • coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
  • resolve guest issues and complaints with quick problem-solving skills
  • maintain organization and communication flow at the front desk
