Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid U.S. driver’s license for 3+ years
- current valid Class C Texas driver’s license
- excellent driving record
- no moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- no DWI, DUI, or related convictions
- no felony convictions
- no suspended or revoked driver licenses, permits, or privileges in any state or county
- pass a drug screen, background, and motor vehicle records check
- successfully complete H-E-B’s driver training program
- regularly lift up to 55 lbs
- load/unload delivery vehicles
- work while exposed to hot, wet, cold, and weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- ability to navigate multiple iPhone applications
- ability to meet company and regulatory driving record requirements

Job Duties
- Helps retrieve orders from curbside
- loads product in delivery vehicle
- preserves condition during pickup and delivery
- engages with customer prior to, during, and after delivery for an exceptional customer experience
- delivers customer orders to specified location accurately, safely, and on time
- unloads customer orders from delivery vehicle
- obtains customer signature for order
- may assist with getting order inside
- complies with all traffic and safety laws and H-E-B policies
- maintains cleanliness of vehicle
- reports maintenance problems
- may perform other duties and attend meetings as assigned
