  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • native or highly proficient fluency in English and a designated target language
  • pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency examination
  • valid passport with unrestricted global access
  • ability to perform physical tasks required by flight attendant duties

Job Duties

  • make in-flight public address announcements in designated language
  • translate critical safety instructions and service offerings
  • provide culturally attuned customer service
  • assist passengers with customs declarations and immigration forms
  • provide rapid translation in emergency medical or security situations
  • perform standard pre-flight and in-flight cabin duties
  • secure the cabin and execute premium meal services in Delta One cabins
