- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston
- ability to pass a background check and drug test
- must be legally authorized to work in the united states
- ability to meet physical and medical requirements
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong commitment to safety and customer service

Job Duties
- ensure the safety of all passengers
- provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
- collaborate with pilots and crew members to deliver excellent service
- perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues
- maintain compliance with safety and emergency procedures
- respond flexibly to changing schedules and work on-call shifts
- participate in a 6.5-week comprehensive training program
