Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston
  • ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • must be legally authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to meet physical and medical requirements
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong commitment to safety and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • strong customer service orientation
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety of all passengers
  • provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
  • collaborate with pilots and crew members to deliver excellent service
  • perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues
  • maintain compliance with safety and emergency procedures
  • respond flexibly to changing schedules and work on-call shifts
  • participate in a 6.5-week comprehensive training program
