Job Duties
- keeping designated hotel areas clean and well-maintained
- promptly attending to guest requests
- cleaning specific areas like bathrooms, public spaces, workstations, and event rooms
- dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash
- reporting maintenance deficiencies and repair needs
- flipping mattresses and relocating furniture
- responding to guest needs and assisting with guest room upkeep
