Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections reports and productivity checks
  • Lead and motivate Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and training
  • Manage lost-and-found items key control and access to secure areas
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment
  • Step in to manage operations during Housekeeping Manager's absence
  • Conduct hands-on training and development of housekeeping staff
  • Monitor compliance with safety and security policies
