Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years social media management experience
  • Proven leadership in social media strategy

Job Duties

  • Lead social media strategy
  • Oversee all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Direct content strategy and creative direction
  • Supervise and mentor junior social media staff and contract creators
  • Manage influencer and ambassador programs
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on paid social campaigns
  • Monitor social listening and analytics to inform strategy
  • Coordinate cross-departmental storytelling and promotion
  • Manage reputation and crisis communications
  • Provide live event social media coverage
  • Maintain social media governance and standards
  • Stay updated on social media trends and innovations
  • Oversee social media budget and channel management
