Job Requirements

  • No formal education required
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Ability to work 40-45 hours per week
  • Proficiency in handling kitchen equipment and food safety protocols
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to work standing and walking for long periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Compliance with local health and safety regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in salad, fry, grill, and expo stations
  • Proven ability to oversee daily prep lists and kitchen workflow
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with food ordering and vendor management according to budget
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Training and mentoring kitchen team members
  • Ensuring meal segment efficiency and production
  • Managing food purchasing and food budgets
  • Ensuring consistency and portioning of all food products
  • Monitoring upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
  • Overseeing daily prep lists
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
