- Proven experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage train and motivate a diverse team
- Exceptional culinary skills with expertise in menu planning recipe development and innovation
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations kitchen operations and sanitation practices
- Proficiency in managing budgets controlling costs and maintaining inventory
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- A passion for the culinary arts and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Relevant culinary qualifications or training e.g culinary arts diploma or equivalent experience

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to the kitchen staff fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Design and maintain creative high-quality menus that align with the brand's standards and appeal to a diverse audience
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent presentation taste and quality standards are met
- Manage inventory order supplies and control food costs to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and health standards in all kitchen operations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff ensuring ongoing development and high performance across the team
- Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests
- Stay updated on culinary trends techniques and ingredients to continually improve offerings and dining experiences
- Develop and manage schedules for kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency during service times
