- physical stamina for standing and lifting
- experience in baking is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Bake all the fresh bread and pastries your cafe needs each day
- maintain high standards for flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients
- perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
- help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- meet production goals with limited supervision
- ensure food safety and health safety standards are consistently followed
- collaborate effectively with team members
