Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous GDS experience with Sabre preferred
  • Experience in travel arrangement including flights, hotels and ground transportation
  • Strong internet and technology skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to commute to and work in Sandy, Utah
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Previous GDS experience required (Sabre preferred)
  • Experience arranging travel including hotel, flights, and ground transportation
  • Strong knowledge of online travel sites
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Responsible for booking air and occasional transfers for guests currently booked on cruises
  • Exploring flight options, booking, confirming, and ticketing air
  • Sending reservations and fielding questions
  • Coordinating day-to-day travel logistics including itinerary distribution
  • Managing schedule changes, voids, and exchanges
  • Maintaining organized records of all travel arrangements
  • Communicating effectively with guests to ensure a seamless travel experience
