Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one years of age
- experience in cash handling and supervision
- ability to communicate effectively with the public
- customer service oriented
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, sit, stoop or kneel, bend and lift or move up to 20 pounds
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- must be able to follow directions and exercise good judgment and safety awareness
- willingness to comply with all safety policies and use required personal protective equipment
- able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of guest services and concessions
- orient, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff
- prepare and conduct in-service staff training
- review and verify timecards for accuracy
- assist with supply and equipment orders and distribution
- develop and implement routines, schedules, and procedures
- follow cash control procedures
- maintain and review records of programs, operations, staff, and facilities
- evaluate vendors and items offered with recommendations for improvement
- monitor safety and enforce policies and code of conduct
- prepare and distribute information to participants and parents
- maintain organized workspace with necessary supplies and equipment
- respond to internal and external calls, emails, comments, and suggestions timely
- assist in customer service including addressing issues, comments, complaints, and concerns
- complete forms for accidents and incidents
- assist with forecasts and planning for food, supplies, and equipment purchases
- assist in menu planning
- ensure sanitation and safety standards compliance
- oversee and participate in food preparation and serving
- enforce aquatic center policies independently
- work under supervision of the Recreation Program Manager
