Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of San Diego and local attractions
- Ability to read and count
- Ability to maintain calm and courteous demeanor

- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic reading and counting skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply job-specific tasks and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Assist guests with retrieving vehicles efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery
- Deliver guests’ luggage, messages, and other items within the hotel
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and engaging service attitude
- Ensure guests are familiar with room features upon arrival
- Offer assistance to guests in the lobby when not delivering luggage
- Keep all areas neat and clean for guests and colleagues
- Assist guests arriving and departing by vehicle at the front drive
- Maintain knowledge of resort activities to meet guest needs
