Job Requirements
- Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
- Must be 21 years of age or older (not Montana or Hawaii)
- Previous auto detailing experience preferred but not required
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Willing and able to work in various weather conditions including hot, cold, rain, snow, and wind
- Maintain a safe driving record
- Ability to speak and understand basic English for communication and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license
- One to two years of driving experience with insurability
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proven hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable interacting with high-profile guests
- Proficiency with smartphones and technology
- Willingness to travel
- College degree is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and hospitality
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Provide detailed information about vehicle options and rental policies
- Coordinate with partners, hotels, and other stakeholders to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and welcoming guest service area
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously
- Promote company services and offers to enhance the guest experience
