Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Willingness to perform duties in various roles as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle money and perform basic office tasks
  • Experience with marketing and sales programs is a plus
  • Ability to train and inspire team members

Job Duties

  • Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
  • Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and followed
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and motivation among team members
  • Assist with training guest service team members
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to guests
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, requests and complaints with a positive attitude
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests
