Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in guest service or hospitality
  • ability to communicate clearly in English
  • knowledge of relevant hotel policies and procedures
  • ability to lead and motivate team members
  • ability to handle money and perform basic office tasks
  • willingness to perform duties as a guest service agent or night audit as needed
  • capability to monitor safety and security in the hotel environment
  • attention to detail
  • availability to travel occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel front desk or guest service roles
  • leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication skills in English
  • knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
  • ability to train and motivate team members
  • proficiency in handling money and office equipment
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Assist management team with supervising the front desk and guest service positions
  • ensure Drury Hotels' policies and procedures are followed
  • maintain high standards of integrity and motivation among team members
  • assist with training guest service team members
  • provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests
  • respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude
  • contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
