Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Willingness to perform various guest service duties including night audit
- Ability to handle cash and operate office equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including some travel
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Ability to give and take written and oral direction
- Clear communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures
- Ability to train, motivate, and inspire team members
- Knowledge of marketing and sales programs
- Ability to perform duties of guest service agent and night audit
- Ability to handle money and utilize office machines
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
- Ensure Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
- Maintain high standard of integrity and demonstrate positive leadership
- Assist with training guest service team members
- Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to guests
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
