Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • Willingness to perform various guest service duties including night audit
  • Ability to handle cash and operate office equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some travel
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to give and take written and oral direction
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures
  • Ability to train, motivate, and inspire team members
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales programs
  • Ability to perform duties of guest service agent and night audit
  • Ability to handle money and utilize office machines
  • Attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Assist management team with supervising front desk and guest service positions
  • Ensure Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
  • Maintain high standard of integrity and demonstrate positive leadership
  • Assist with training guest service team members
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to guests
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
