Job Requirements

  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company values
  • Be punctual, dependable, and available for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Use computer, phone, and front desk equipment for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to detect odors such as smoke, gas, or cleaning chemicals
  • Tolerate exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and temperature variations
  • Maintain vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral and depth perception
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus but not required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation and payment systems
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
  • Handle payments and guest accounts
  • Answer guest questions and resolve issues
  • Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and security
  • Assist with housekeeping carts and laundry preparation
  • Monitor property safety and compliance
  • Perform other assigned duties
