Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years cash handling experience or equivalent education
- Certification or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work extended, weekend and evening hours regularly
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse populations
- Capacity to work on multiple tasks under time pressure
- Ability to maintain respectful relationships with co-workers
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day cash operations at Lafayette Parks aquatics
- Interview and hire applicants
- Maintain adequate staffing levels
- Delegate work assignments
- Approve work schedules
- Provide regular in-service training
- Evaluate employee performance
- Resolve operational and personnel problems
- Terminate employees as needed
- Act as host/hostess providing outstanding customer service
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and patrons
