Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years cash handling experience or equivalent education
  • CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • ability to work extended, weekend and evening hours
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to interact assertively with patrons
  • ability to work alone and in a team
  • ability to multitask under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 2 years cash handling experience or equivalent education
  • certification or ability to obtain certification in CPR and First Aid
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ability to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • customer service experience
  • leadership and supervisory experience
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of aquatics cash operations
  • interview and hire applicants
  • delegate work assignments
  • provide regular in-service training
  • evaluate employee performance
  • resolve operational and personnel problems
  • act as host to provide customer service
  • maintain communication with co-workers and patrons
  • ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
