Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes safely and confidently without fear or intimidation
- Good physical condition and capable of standing for up to 2 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, squatting, stooping, bending and walking extensively
- Positive attitude and genuine love for animals
- Dependability and excellent work history
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness standards including picking up animal waste
- Availability to work some weekends and all holidays
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer literate

Job Duties
- Making sure every guest is comfortable, happy and receiving all services requested by owners
- Maintaining daily duties in a timely manner
- Closely monitoring the health and wellness of every guest
- Communicating clearly with leadership team
- Feeding guests and keeping detailed records of their entire stay
- Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in all facility areas, play yards and outdoor patios
- Exercising guests and supervising play groups
- Ensuring every guest goes home clean, happy and exceeding owner expectations
