Job Requirements
- 1 year retail or hospitality management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week including holidays, nights and weekends
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance

- Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests
- Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with a high degree of knowledge in all aspects of leadership including financial results, guest satisfaction and employee relations aspects of the role
- Ability to maintain a beautiful environment using a keen eye for detail, ensuring a pleasing experience and inviting atmosphere
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to meaningful causes
- Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to react instinctively to implementing revenue driven ideas and opportunities
- A well-groomed and stylish appearance is essential, reflecting both personal pride and a commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience

- Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
- Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Recruit, train and develop a team to achieve individual, store, and company goals
- Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions
- Manages the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact your community to enhance people’s lives
- Holds self and the team accountable for achievement of P&L results and statistical standards
- Provides timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance
