Job Requirements

  • Four year college degree in sales, tourism, business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years experience in hospitality sales
  • Experience in destination wellness or boutique resorts preferred
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Flexible and extended working hours
  • Strong leadership and independent work habits

Job Duties

  • Sell guest rooms, meeting space and other Miraval services to customer groups
  • Maintain and manage client relationships
  • Conduct site inspections to generate additional business
  • Lead sales and event meetings with team members
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other resort departments to enhance guest experience
