Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior managerial or supervisory experience
- Maintenance skills including fixing banners and operating machinery
- Ability to drive and operate truck with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Effective English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Open availability especially Wed through Sun
- Ability to traverse continuously for eight-hour shifts with breaks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or college preferred
- Prior managerial or supervisory experience
- Maintenance background including equipment repair and operation
- Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Manage shift duties of clean and safe ambassadors ensuring compliance with company standards
- Lead daily shift briefings and assign duties and zones
- Provide excellent customer service to the team and in the Business Improvement District
- Oversee on-street and in-the-field operations offering guidance and direction
- Prepare and submit written reports on broken infrastructure and daily accomplishments
- Maintain a positive, professional work environment adhering to all policies and standards
- Operate trucks with trailers, power washers, and other maintenance equipment
