Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- Must hold valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management practices
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
Job Duties
- Inspect community grounds regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of common areas and amenities
- Remove trash and leftover items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Assist in the apartment turnover process alongside make-ready specialists
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
- Change locks following company policy
- Ensure safety compliance of pool gates and other restricted access areas
- Distribute resident notices and communications as needed
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Provide respectful and responsive customer service to residents
- Participate in safety meetings and complete required training
- Report accidents and incidents promptly
