Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid state driver license and a clean driving record
  • Basic English language skills (e.g. B1 proficiency level or equivalent)
  • Ability to obtain an airport ID badge within 30 days of employment
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Basic computer knowledge including WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and OUTLOOK

Job Duties

  • Properly greet customers in a welcoming, friendly and respectful manner, escort customers during arrival and departure to/from lobby to/from aircraft
  • Serve as a liaison for service requests, internal department assistance and staff member needs
  • Communicate with departments for aircraft cleaning, arrival and departure times, fuel, maintenance, avionics, hangar, and other service requirements
  • Transfer packages and baggage to/from aircraft and vehicles, ensuring proper identification and handling
  • Operate courtesy van/bus to transport passengers, crew, baggage and/or cargo
  • Respond to requests for coffee, ice, newspapers, and catering, providing backup for deliveries and catering check-in
  • Assist with aircraft and hangar cleaning including vacuuming aircraft, washing dishes and coordinating linen cleaning
  • Maintain cleanliness of flight kitchen and keep records for freezers, ice machine and other equipment
  • Maintain stock and track inventory in kitchen and bistro areas such as coffee, creamers, ice supplies
  • Assist with hangar stacking and aircraft ramp parking, including guiding aircraft during arrivals and departures
  • Maintain knowledge of safety procedures and adhere to company standards for customer service, grooming and dress code
  • Effectively enforce company policies and represent Jet Aviation internally and externally
