- The Spark Driver app available on iOS 11 or newer and Android 5.0 or higher with GPS and camera
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a clean, smoke-free vehicle
- Valid proof of auto insurance
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to perform services as an independent contractor in the United States
