- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Valid proof of auto insurance
- Clean, smoke-free vehicle
- Authorization to perform services as an independent contractor in the U.S.
- Own a mobile device compatible with iOS 11 or newer or Android 5.0 or higher with camera and GPS
- Ability to download and use the Spark Driver app
