Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods
- Ability to move heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot or cold conditions
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and coordinate hand and foot movements
- Must comply with food safety and health regulations
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers
- Operate grill area and quickly and accurately prepare food products in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures
- Be pleasant and alert to customer needs
- Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including grill, fryer, freezer and other related cooking equipment
- Clean work area, organize and stock needed items
- Move various food, paper and cleaning items from other sections of building (or outside building) to immediate work area
- Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of grill area
- Control food production process
- Break down and clean grill area thoroughly every day as assigned by a manager or shift leader
- Wash counters, tables, trash receptacles
- and gather trash, sweep, mop, and other cleaning tasks as assigned
