Job Duties
- Prepare food items by following recipes and product directions
- Season, cook, taste, and serve foods from Grill, Theme, or Pizza areas
- Follow all production plans assigned by shift Supervisor
- Apply basic food preparation techniques including receiving, storing, cooking to order, and holding food items
- Demonstrate knowledge of food service sanitation and infection control procedures
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines and practices
- Communicate effectively with Executive Chef, Food & Nutrition Supervisor, Group Leaders, and team members
- Assist other areas of Food & Nutrition department when necessary
- Maintain punctual attendance and comply with hospital policies and standards
