Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
  • Adherence to Parkhurst uniform and hygiene standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and production sheets
  • Commitment to upholding company hospitality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and management
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with grill and fryer cooking is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu
  • Set up, break down and clean the grill station
  • Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management
  • Check quality of food items ensuring standards of taste, appearance and temperature
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives
  • Post necessary signage and merchandise service area
  • Follow production sheets for proper serving utensils and food quantities
  • Complete production sheets as per Parkhurst standards
  • Follow cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
  • Maintain communication with management regarding supplies
  • Follow uniform dress code and personal hygiene standards
  • Adhere to all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
  • Assist fellow team members as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
