Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years old
  • must be authorized to work in the US
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken
  • maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
  • monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies run low
  • ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw meats
  • assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
  • perform any other duties as needed to assist in the restaurant's operation
