Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken
- Maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
- Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- Ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw meats
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- Perform other duties as needed to assist with restaurant operations
