- Responsible for regular checks to assure product quality
- responsible for quality control and food safety procedures, restaurant food safety guidelines
- follow the Mo' Bettahs recipe book with exactness and precision
- complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- ensure all equipment is in good working order
- perform other duties as assigned
